Job Summary

We are seeking an Internet Sales Specialist to join our Sales and Marketing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting internet leads into onsite traffic and sales. This role requires strong qualification skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming internet leads from company websites and outsourced companies
  • Enter and update customer information in a customer management database
  • Exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads with sales potential
  • Produce monthly sales and marketing reports
  • Analyze divisional website traffic, hits, and source data
  • Generate new customer opportunities through prospecting and lead development
  • Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
  • Maintain current plan and lot pricing information

Requirements

  • Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school, or one to three years of related experience and/or training
  • North Carolina and South Carolina Real Estate License
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Microsoft Teams, OneNote)
