Deli Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Advantage Sales and Marketing, LLC. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client and customer support in assigned territory by conducting store visits and providing training and support as needed.
• Conduct in-store bakery training in the assigned market area to ensure that our clients and customers receive the highest level of service and support.
• Prepare reports and provide feedback to management as needed to ensure that our team is meeting its goals and objectives.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
• 1-3 years of experience in food service or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees and customers.
• Superior problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
