Job Description

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager I - Business Banker to join our Business Banking organization in Greensboro, North Carolina. As a trusted advisor, you will leverage your business acumen to facilitate cash flow conversations with clients and prospects, and manage the on-going sales cycle to optimize the cash flow of our business customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and cultivate Center of Influence (COI) relationships to meet and exceed sales goals and business objectives.
  • Work with internal services partners to on-board and expand the business portfolio.
  • Handle relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue, and market share with relevant sales goals.
  • Acquire and/or expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
  • Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients.
Requirements:
  • University/college degree, with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
  • Certifications are often desired.
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
