Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Business Development Executive to join our team at Basys. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Basys remains competitive in the market.
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) : Required
- Bachelor's Degree (four year college or technical school): or Work Equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience selling, opening new accounts and relationship management via phone and face to face
- Strong Communication Skills Required
- Working and/or selling within a service based business
- Bilingual preferred
