Business Development Manager

Brady Trane Services, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our sales team as a Business Development Manager. This is a county-wide position, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact across diverse communities.
The Business Development Manager is responsible for building relationships with governmental and institutional executives and facility managers, as well as industrial and commercial building owners and operators, to sell HVAC service agreements, project work, and Trane and other strategic products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the county-wide area.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the HVAC industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of outside sales experience or industry knowledge.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Possession and maintenance of a current, valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass drug screening and provide proof of US employment eligibility.
