Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Territory Sales Representatives, Independent Operators, and other decision-makers. This role will focus on delivering sales objectives and key performance indicators within the assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Regional and Division Managers on all activities and communications.
• Develop and execute sales programs for national, regional, and independent customers.
• Plan and lead the execution of promotional and marketing programs to optimize investments.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase brand ACV across the region.
• Design and implement displays to provide higher sales and exposure to Olé brands.
• Ensure weekly customer visits with key retailers to build sustainable relationships and negotiate display opportunities.
Requirements:
• College degree or equivalent DSD experience.
• Ability to travel with occasional overnight stays.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) preferred but not required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Retail Sales and/or Account Management.
• Results-oriented individual with a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
