Solutions Sales Executive

Metasys Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Solutions Sales Executive to drive new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will leverage their connections to engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and offer customized solutions that align with their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth, utilizing established networks to generate leads, identify opportunities, and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Client Engagement: Leverage connections and industry relationships to engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and offer customized solutions that demonstrate value and ROI.
  • Solution Presentation: Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits of digital solutions, addressing client questions and objections effectively to close deals and build long-term relationships.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and industry contacts, acting as a trusted advisor to provide insights and recommendations that help clients achieve their business objectives.
  • Market Research and Networking: Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities, utilizing networks to gain insights, forge partnerships, and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Campaign and Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions, managing client expectations and ensuring projects are completed on time and to satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on key sales metrics, including lead generation, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts, analyzing performance data to refine strategies and enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Professional Development: Continuously enhance knowledge of digital marketing, web development, and custom applications, staying updated on industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in HR, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, and/or Digital Solutions sales, with a proven track record of leveraging a solid network to generate and close deals.
Skills:
  • Established network and strong connections in mid-market or enterprise with a need for our solutions.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with the ability to sell complex solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively.
