Job Overview

Position Summary
We are in search of a skilled Community Association Manager to oversee the daily functions of Homeowners' Associations (HOAs) and condominium communities. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and management of community affairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide association boards to enhance and maintain property values within the community.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal, State, and Local regulations.
  • Collaborate with boards to establish operational protocols and standard practices.
  • Work with internal teams to produce accurate and timely financial reports.
  • Proactively budget and plan for upcoming community projects and expenses.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to association members regarding community matters.
  • Assist in the recruitment and scheduling of contractors to uphold community standards.
  • Effectively communicate with owners to address and resolve community-related issues.
  • Coordinate resale processes for communities utilizing third-party software.
  • Utilize Vantaca software extensively, with training provided.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Proven aptitude for learning new technologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Capability to develop and manage budgets effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years in HOA management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Vantaca Software, Strongroom, or Condo Certs.
  • Experience in condominium management.
  • Skills in conflict resolution and de-escalation.
  • Knowledge of proper meeting procedures.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements.
  • Understanding of architectural request processes.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CMCA or AMS.

Compensation and Benefits

  • This is a full-time position with a salary range of $45,000 to $65,000 based on experience.
  • Compensation includes a base salary and potential bonuses.
  • Paid time off and professional development support are provided.
  • Medical insurance options, along with 401(k) plans, vehicle, and phone stipends are available.

Remote Work Options
Flexible work-from-home arrangements are available.
