  • Participate in the creation of project plans and schedules; enhance processes for tracking projects and mitigating risks.
  • Deliver on all assigned program commitments from inception through execution within established schedules, budgets, and scopes.
  • Act as a vital liaison between R&D and other partners to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage resource tracking, status reporting, and issue communication to key partners, including senior executives and customers.
  • Prepare and present project status updates and reviews to internal stakeholders.
  • Investigate technical aspects of the program and drive details within the silicon design process: RTL design, verification, and pre and post-silicon validation, including power, performance, and area trade-offs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including business units, engineering organizations, and finance/operations.
  • Work closely with engineering counterparts across global sites to plan and align operational efficiencies.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Familiarity with the silicon design process, with experience in silicon design, verification, and validation development preferred.
  • Excellent presentation and leadership skills, capable of leading technical discussions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience managing complex, interrelated projects, programs, and functions.
  • A dedicated team player, committed to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • Customer-facing experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies is beneficial.
  • Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Required Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering.
