With a growing user base, we are poised for significant expansion and are looking to fill key roles, including this one.

We are in search of a dynamic and strategic yet hands-on Vice President of Revenue (CRO), NVIDIA AI & GPU Cloud Software Solutions to spearhead our sales initiatives for NVIDIA AI GPU Cloud software solutions. This executive will shape the global sales strategy, lead a high-performing sales team, and drive the company's growth in the AI and cloud computing sectors.

This position is not for the faint-hearted. The AI landscape is rapidly evolving, with clients navigating their use cases and transitioning from experimentation to production. The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguity, possess experience with emerging technologies, and be focused on business expansion. Candidates should have a background in both large enterprises and startups, with extensive sales leadership experience, a profound understanding of AI and cloud technologies, and a proven history of surpassing sales targets on a global scale. Experience with NVIDIA in current or recent roles is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

  • Formulate and implement the global sales and partnership strategy for AI software and NVIDIA GPU Cloud solutions.
  • Guide, mentor, and oversee a high-performing global sales team.
  • Set sales objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure success.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales organization.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business avenues in the AI and cloud computing sectors.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands.

Market Expansion:

  • Drive efforts for market expansion, including entering new geographic regions and sectors.
  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics to inform sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve and surpass revenue goals through effective sales planning and execution.
  • Monitor sales performance, provide regular updates to the executive team, and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Implement efficient sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8-10+ years of sales leadership experience, particularly in AI, cloud computing, or related technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience leading global sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI, cloud computing, and NVIDIA GPU technologies; familiarity with Generative AI models such as Stable Diffusion, Mistral, Llama 3, etc., is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with NVIDIA, AWS, Google (GCP), Azure, Coreweave, or GPU OEM providers like Dell, HPE, Supermicro, Lenovo, or similar. Alternatively, candidates with experience in AI models, agents, and application software will also be highly regarded.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: As is typical in a startup environment, this leadership role offers a modest base salary but substantial commission opportunities along with equity participation. Please refrain from applying if a high base salary is a primary expectation; your base salary will increase as the company expands.
  • Commission: A performance-based commission structure linked to sales targets and revenue growth. For the right candidate, commissions could reach several hundred thousand dollars upon achieving targets.
  • Equity: Stock options or equity participation as part of the overall compensation package. You will join us as a partner and early executive – be prepared to invest in the venture, with high rewards anticipated.
