Customer Experience Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Leader to join our team as a Regional Sales Director in the GA/AL/TN/KY area. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of related retail experience, with at least 5 years of management experience. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
This role requires a strong understanding of customer service models, merchandising, product assortment, marketing, and real estate opportunities within assigned markets. The successful candidate will be able to develop and implement plans to achieve company initiatives, specifically financial and profitability goals.
The Customer Experience Leader will oversee up to 20 Store Managers, responsible for the general direction, execution, coordination, and evaluation of their stores. This includes empowering and enabling Store Managers to use their skills, experience, and good judgment as effective customer service and management tools.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining a store culture focused on the customer and enhancing the buying experience
- Hiring, training, and coaching Store Managers capable of establishing a store culture that supports our customer-focused environment
- Directing and coordinating the activities of the stores sales staff to accomplish sales, productivity, and profit goals
An estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
