Position Summary
We are looking for a dependable self-starter to facilitate the smooth operation of our firm on a daily basis. This role encompasses a dynamic blend of facilities management, human resources, and IT support. Attention to detail is paramount, as adherence to specific processes and guidelines is essential. Strong communication skills are necessary, as this position will collaborate with a hybrid team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized to manage the various components of our organization effectively.

Location Requirement
The candidate must be located within a reasonable commuting distance to our office or be prepared to relocate, as physical presence is required on-site during standard business hours. Candidates should be capable of walking moderate distances regularly and lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Compensation
The salary for this role ranges from $55,000 to $59,999.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Establish rapport and trust with compliance staff while executing tasks for clients, including mailings, check pickups, and other errands that may require walking distances.
  • Manage daily office mail processing and contribution deposits, necessitating high attention to detail and proactive communication with team members.
  • Assist in answering the main phone line and directing calls appropriately.

Facilities Responsibilities

  • Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment by communicating maintenance needs and coordinating service requests.
  • Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and notify when supplies are running low.
  • Assist in troubleshooting office equipment and coordinating the resolution of any issues.
  • Must be able to lift moderately sized office equipment.

Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Support the COO and Operations Manager with employee onboarding and offboarding processes as needed.
  • Help coordinate team-building activities and care packages for staff.
