The administrative operations coordinator will report directly to the executive manager, ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with residents and addressing their inquiries.
- Managing financial matters and processing orders for supplies.
- Providing support to committees and board members.
- Collaborating with various vendors for building services, including janitorial, security, and maintenance.
Additional duties involve maintaining business records, coordinating committee activities, assisting in the preparation of board documents and budgets, managing office technology and systems, and communicating with residents about building services and community events.
This role requires a proactive individual capable of independent problem-solving, alongside strong organizational and communication skills.
This position entails a commitment of forty hours per week, including participation in one evening board meeting each month.
