Position: Logistics and Administrative Coordinator
Schedule: Day Shift, Monday to Friday
Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour
Role Summary: This position involves operating a vehicle to transport materials and conduct various errands across departments, alongside fulfilling administrative responsibilities for approximately half of the workday. The role requires a balanced focus on both driving and administrative tasks to support front desk operations and purchasing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect materials and execute errands as needed from external suppliers to assist various departments including Structure, Header, Assembly, and Maintenance.
- Provide assistance to the Accounting team and other internal departments as required.
- Possess a valid driver's license for Oklahoma and maintain a clean driving record.
- Must be bondable with a satisfactory credit history.
- Exhibit regular attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work on-site, including potential overtime.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and engage respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, and management.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and adapt to departmental needs.
- Handle incoming calls and manage applications during the receptionist's absence, demonstrating excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Perform administrative tasks for the purchasing department, including invoice research and purchase order entry for VMI services, as directed by management.
- Coordinate lunch coverage for the front desk from Monday to Thursday.

Computer Proficiency:
Familiarity with personal computers, including email and basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, along with proficient keyboarding skills.
Education and Experience:
A high school diploma is required. Recent experience in an office environment is preferred.
Language Proficiency:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety guidelines, operating instructions, and procedural manuals. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills both in person and over the phone.
Reasoning Skills:
Ability to understand and interpret various instructions provided in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule formats.
