* Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data.
* Stay updated with the latest changes in tax and labor laws that may impact payroll.
* Assist in the implementation of new payroll policies and procedures as required.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a payroll specialist role, preferably within the construction industry.
* Proficiency in payroll software and a strong understanding of ACH transactions.
* Excellent knowledge of auditing procedures and experience conducting payroll audits.
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
