Payroll Cycle Processing Specialist

At Swift Transportation, we are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Cycle Processing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate production of pay for employees and independent contractors in a high-volume, multistate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production of all payroll and settlement cycles using established standard operating procedures and deadlines.
- Creation of final payments for driving and non-driving employees in compliance with various regulations.
- Calculation and verification of payments for employees on leave of absence in compliance with various regulations.
- Creation of interfaces and batch processes between various systems and external business partners to complete payroll and settlement production.
- Creation and analysis of reports for SOX and FLSA compliance and other regulatory reporting.
Requirements:
- Three years of payroll experience, with multi-state payroll experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of complex payroll processes for high-volume, multistate environments.
