Overview:


As a Lead Administrative Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative assistance, including technical documentation, proofreading, and editing of various digital documents. Your role will involve synthesizing diverse information into a unified format, which may be presented through digital media, and creating both graphical and textual presentation materials.


Key Responsibilities:
The Level 3 Administrative Coordinator will be expected to:
  • Develop graphical and narrative presentation materials.
  • Assist in the creation of contract deliverables and reports by producing computer-based manuscripts, necessary media resources, and graphic content for presentations.
  • Compile management plans and reports.
  • Draft and format Staff Processing Forms (SPFs), ensuring submission and tracking to completion.
  • Coordinate requirements to ensure timely completion of task orders and contract deliverables, while reviewing and updating organizational briefings and presentations.
  • Conduct analysis, development, and review of program or functional areas as needed.
  • Draft official communications, submit for signature, and monitor documentation routing status until completion.

Qualifications:
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a relevant professional domain is required, along with a Bachelor's degree.

If you do not possess a Bachelor's degree, an additional four (4) years of experience with a high school diploma/GED or two (2) additional years with an Associate's degree may be considered as a substitute.

This position necessitates an ACTIVE TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph Clearance.
