About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Account Executive to join our dynamic North American Retail Field Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for consistently achieving or exceeding retail sales goals and fostering business growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and exceed KPIs and financial objectives.
  • Utilize weekly business analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Generate sell-through via selling and training, and emulating and reinforcing brand image and culture.
  • Hire, train, develop, schedule, and oversee freelancers to support business growth.
  • Coordinate and identify store locations best suited for retail events to maximize profitability.
  • Conduct store and district trainings within the region, and perform one-on-one training for individuals on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Drive growth by leveraging consumer and sales insights, analyzing sales data for growth opportunities, and partnering closely with your Regional Manager.
  • Adhere to company guidelines while managing budgets and expenses, and facilitate events, in-store selling, and customer relationships.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of industry experience or a minimum of 2 years as a Cosmetic Account Executive or 5 years as an Account Coordinator (or equivalent position).
  • Strong administration skills are non-negotiable for this role.
  • Preferred experience working with Sephora/Ulta, or experience with large retail accounts or multiple retailers.
  • Familiarity with Google platforms, slides, docs, sheets, MS Word, and Excel.
  • Superior training and motivational abilities, with a strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to business needs, and work autonomously and be accountable for a given market.
  • Analysis of sales results, sales forecasts, and promotional impact, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management.
  • Overnight travel required, with the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
