Job Title: Account Executive - Fragrance Sales

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute account strategies to achieve established retail sales goals as set forth by Corporate.
  • Ensure proper usage of client retention systems in each account.
  • Recruit, hire, and motivate Beauty Advisors to achieve established sales goals.
  • Manage freelancers to assist in the achievement of sales goals, including budget management.
  • Work with store personnel to plan and execute product launches, promotions, and special events.
  • Implement corporate merchandising guidelines to maintain LVMH Fragrance Brands' image at point of sale.
  • Negotiate with store personnel to gain space and improve locations for all product categories.
  • Provide updates for the account profile book, including changes to space, location, and staffing.
  • Assist the Education Department in training and developing Beauty Advisors.
  • Provide necessary information for the account's monthly business report.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of recruiting and selecting top-performing Beauty Advisors, with multi-door specialty account sell-through experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Persistence in improving market share of all Brand brands within the area of responsibility.
  • Computer skills necessary to operate Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to work from a home office and travel extensively.
  • Flexibility to meet job objectives and handle confidential information with discretion.
