Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in building strong relationships with customer groups and driving business growth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize team performance, build and sustain customer relationships, and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the market, customer, and competition to provide strategic direction and set priorities for regional sales teams.
  • Develop and implement business plans to manage existing and newly acquired accounts, and drive sales growth.
  • Lead and motivate a team of account managers to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensure each account executive is equipped to fulfill clients' needs through consultative solution selling.
  • Assist in resolving customer service issues, product availability, price, and product delivery.
  • Maintain company values and demand the highest standards of conduct and integrity from self and others.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience selling to accounts in the multi-family industry, with at least 5 years of successful sales management experience.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a history of inspiring a vision, empowering and enabling others, and challenging business-as-usual thinking.
  • Outstanding communication skills and presence, with business maturity to work within and contribute to an expanding organization.
  • Depth of experience in conflict resolution, coaching, and development, and fostering a team environment.
  • High level of critical thinking and analysis, with the ability to make prompt, sound decisions in complex situations.
  • Proven ability to operate with considerable latitude in situations with little or no precedent.
  • Computer savvy with experience using Salesforce or another CRM program.
Working Environment

This role requires a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be able to accurately keyboard, drive, and repeatedly enter/exit a vehicle throughout the day, with a professional verbal and phone communication ability.
