Job OverviewPosition Summary
This role is dedicated to resolving quality-related challenges of a technical nature presented by Manufacturing, Technical, and Commercial teams, as well as external clients. A key focus is on creating and managing training initiatives for all staff members. Responsibilities also include data compilation, report generation, database updates, and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure safety by complying with all Company and regulatory Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) policies and procedures.
  • Follow all Company 6-S initiatives and guidelines.
  • Adapt and enhance employee job requirements to align with evolving manufacturing and customer needs.
  • Design and maintain structured On-The-Job (OTJ) training frameworks.
  • Assess training effectiveness through verification audits and implement necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
  • Supervise the upkeep of employee training documentation.
  • Engage in the specification review process, including the evaluation of current standards, resources, and communication for customer approval.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Technical departments to provide professional and accurate responses to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
  • Participate in or lead Continuous Improvement projects.
  • Plan and conduct Quality Audits as needed.
  • Support the implementation of the Quality Management System.
  • Manage the loading, editing, and assignment of complaint desk tickets, including internal and external corrective actions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of complaint desk tickets through verification audits.
  • Work with Department Managers/Supervisors to update company documentation and provide training on database usage.
  • Collaborate with various groups and departments to achieve company objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

A two-year Technical Degree is preferred; alternatively, a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent with two to five (2-5) years of experience in a Quality Assurance, Training, or Auditing capacity within a manufacturing setting.

  • Strong interpersonal abilities, maintaining a positive demeanor and fostering good relationships with colleagues and external parties.
  • Capability to set and achieve goals and objectives in a timely manner.
  • Robust analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
