Job Overview

Reports To: Plant Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

SUMMARY
This role is crucial for upholding and supervising our quality benchmarks throughout the manufacturing process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborates with leadership to establish and implement quality benchmarks
  • Ensures adherence to standards during the manufacturing process
  • Conducts inspections during production
  • Gathers and evaluates quality metrics
  • Achieves production objectives by partnering with the Quality Inspection team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in production quality assurance preferred
  • Familiarity with production tracking software preferred
  • Proficient in using measuring instruments and interpreting a tape measure
  • Strong attention to detail

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift weights up to 100 lbs.
  • Capable of moving and transporting substantial components across various surfaces
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced work environment.
  • Adherence to all safety protocols
  • Competence in performing visual quality assessments
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

WORK ENVIRONMENT

3rd Shift. Sunday-Thursday night/Friday morning. 10:30pm-7:00am.
