RENK America is seeking a skilled CMM Operator to provide quality assurance and precision measurement services in our manufacturing facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform plate layouts and be proficient in CMM programming and usage
  • Inspect parts for quality and record results
  • Familiarize yourself with Zeiss Program and machines
  • Develop and maintain G&T proficiency
  • Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management

**Requirements:**

  • Prior CMM programming experience
  • Calypso programming experience
  • Ability to obtain a UAW Journeyman card for CMM layout
  • 2+ Years of machining experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read orders and work instructions
  • Ability to read and understand processes and process drawings
  • Mechanical skills
  • Mathematical skills
  • Ability to lift up to and including 50 lbs. and ability to bend and lift
  • Ability to obtain a Security Clearance

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • 2+ years of assembly experience
  • Material Handling experience
