Territory Sales Representative

At Realtime Technologies, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales within an assigned geographic territory, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Visit Client Locations Regularly: You will be responsible for visiting client locations in your assigned territory on a regular basis to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Sell New Products: You will be responsible for proactively selling new products to authorized agents to increase revenues for the authorized agent.
- Closing Deals: You will be responsible for closing deals while maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Develop New Business: You will be responsible for developing new business with existing clients and identifying areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Travel: You will be required to travel by plane or car quarterly to remote areas of the territory.
- Negotiating and Conflict Resolution: You will be responsible for negotiating and resolving conflicts with clients and other stakeholders.
- Assist the Finance Team: You will be responsible for assisting the finance team with agents in collection efforts.
- Time Management and Adaptability: You will be responsible for displaying time management and adaptability to market and schedule changes.
- Technical Aptitude: You will be responsible for having a high level of technical aptitude with PCs, computer hardware, and standard peripheral devices to troubleshoot issues that arise for retail stores.
- CRM: You will be responsible for documenting appropriate information in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
- SSM Issues: You will be responsible for assisting the SSM division with Self-Service Machine (SSM) issues.
- Reports: You will be responsible for creating weekly and monthly reports that track active and inactive authorized agent locations, payment volumes, fluctuations, store visit activities, and merchandising.
- Minimum of 2 Years of Job-Related Experience: You must have a minimum of 2 years of job-related experience in outside sales, displaying adequate territory management with a proven positive record of success.
- Preferred Background: A preferred background will include specific experience with a wireless carrier or other monthly billed service providers that sell through retail distribution.
- Persuasion, Influence, and Negotiation Skills: You must demonstrate success in persuasion, influence, and negotiation skills while maintaining high business acumen.
- Self-Starter: You must be a self-starter, able to work under pressure, and thrive in a challenging dynamic team, focused environment.
- Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility: You must be flexible to learn new products and assist during product launches.
- Regular and Predictable Attendance: Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position.
- Bi-Lingual English/Spanish: Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred.
- Location: You must be based in or around the Miami area.
- Valid Driver's License and Reliable Automobile: You must have a valid driver's license and a reliable automobile.
