Field Sales Representative

About the JobAs a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our existing customers, as well as prospecting your territory to find new growth opportunities. You will be responsible for meeting our customers face to face in your territory daily, whether that be in a local coffee shop, a shared meeting workspace, or in their physical store.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare for presentations and lead the discovery process to identify customers' business needs.
- Advise customers on the best solutions and answer objections.
- Collaborate with sales management and other sales team members to develop and execute the sales plan for new and existing customers.
- Create, build, and maintain strong relationships with customers in your territory to grow The Duck Company's presence and increase revenue.
- Use creative and persistent methods to prospect and generate new business opportunities.
- Visit customer's stores daily and travel to Denver for company events, up to monthly.
- Lead or participate in tradeshows and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the business model, market dynamics, and revenue levers.
- Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the apparel industry.
- Competitive spirit with a strong will to win.
- High level of coachability and strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in the MS Office suite and HubSpot (or similar CRM).

Earning potential of $80,000-$120,000+, no cap on commission. Base Salary of $60,000 dependent upon non-discriminatory factors such as experience and large commission opportunity, no cap.
