Job Description

As a Contract Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include drafting, proofreading, and editing contracts, tracking contracts through negotiations, and providing administrative support to the Legal team. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative and data entry support to the Legal team
  • Drafting, proofreading, and editing contracts
  • Tracking contracts throughout the negotiation, approval, and distribution process
  • Maintaining contract tracking spreadsheets

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as a contract administrator
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • The ability to work effectively in a flexible and fast-paced environment
