  • Over 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in managing functional requirement elicitation and analysis
  • Facilitating functional requirement gathering sessions
  • In-depth knowledge of the following: · Salesforce Sales Cloud · Salesforce Experience Cloud · Salesforce Integration · Quote to Cash (including any CPQ and Billing Knowledge)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Conducting client demonstrations
  • Proficient in JIRA
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
