Spanish Tolling Call Center Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spanish Tolling Call Center Representative to join our team at ValorVIP. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a courteous and professional manner
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve their issues
- Research and resolve customer complaints and issues
- Follow established processes and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of customer issues
- Utilize technology and systems to complete account management tasks and document customer interactions
- Escalate complex customer issues to management as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute
- Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record
- 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
- State or federal work experience
