Job Title: Tolling Call Center Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Tolling Call Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
