Job Title: Tolling Call Center Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Tolling Call Center Representative to join our team at ValorVIP. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding tolling services
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their tolling accounts and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Upsell and cross-sell tolling services to customers as opportunities arise
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and sales

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
