Clinical Care Specialist

LanceSoft is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team in Lexington, SC. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals, and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Provide holistic, evidence-based care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
- Administer immunizations and injections, provide patient/parent vaccine counseling and education, and perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services.
- Assess patients during intake, take vital signs, perform diagnostic tests, and perform Point of Care Testing (including COVID testing).
- Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience.
- Meet our mission to help people on their path to better health by providing excellent patient-focused connections and activities.
- Minimum of one year related work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record.
- Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws, and perform Point of Care Testing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
- Pass the FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol is required.
- Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred. If not experienced, must successfully complete internal phlebotomy training.
- Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.
