Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our Electrophysiology (EP) business. As a Clinical Specialist, you will provide advanced engineering, sales, educational and technical support in response to complex field inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, patients, and field sales staff, involving EP products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals on EP products and procedures
  • Identify and report customer needs, product performance and potential sales opportunities to sales representatives and management
  • Develop and lead training programs on EP products and procedures
  • Provide regional EP procedural case coverage
  • Assist with sales support, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, trouble shooting and new product in-service training
  • Mentor and provide leadership for less experienced Clinical Specialists
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year in previous position
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (internal or external)
  • Prior industry/competitive experience (if external)
  • IBHRE EP certified
  • Ability to perform complex cases in EP solo
  • Ability to mentor and train EP CS roles and CA CS roles on complex mapping cases
