About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Sr. Clinical Specialist to join our Electrophysiology (EP) business. As a key member of our team, you'll provide advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support to physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide complex field inquiries and technical support to customers
  • Identify and report customer needs, product performance, and potential sales opportunities
  • Develop and lead training programs on EP products for healthcare professionals
  • Provide regional EP procedural case coverage and support to EP Sales Representatives
  • Mentor and lead less experienced Clinical Specialists
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a previous position
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (internal or external)
  • IBHRE EP certification
  • Ability to perform complex cases in EP solo
  • Ability to mentor and train EP CS roles and CA CS roles on complex mapping cases
