About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Sr. Clinical Specialist to join our Electrophysiology (EP) business. As a key member of our team, you'll provide advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support to physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide complex field inquiries and technical support to customers
- Identify and report customer needs, product performance, and potential sales opportunities
- Develop and lead training programs on EP products for healthcare professionals
- Provide regional EP procedural case coverage and support to EP Sales Representatives
- Mentor and lead less experienced Clinical Specialists
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a previous position
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (internal or external)
- IBHRE EP certification
- Ability to perform complex cases in EP solo
- Ability to mentor and train EP CS roles and CA CS roles on complex mapping cases
