Job Summary:

As a Clinical Care Specialist at Baptist Health, you will play a vital role in promoting high-quality patient care through clinical care, consultation, and patient education. You will integrate clinical research findings into daily practice, working closely with clinical staff to ensure individualized care for patients with wound, skin, and continence needs. This role requires a Registered Nurse with a B.S. degree, a Kentucky License, and certification as a Certified Wound Ostomy & Continence Nurse (WOCN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate plan of care with healthcare team for each patient
• Support and maintain the concept of teamwork to deliver care
• Work with clinical staff to ensure high-quality, individualized care for patients with wound, skin, and continence needs

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse, B.S.
• Kentucky License
• Certified Wound Ostomy & Continence Nurse (WOCN)
• Minimum of two years Nursing experience
• Experience in education preferred
