Job Summary:

As a Clinical Care Specialist at LanceSoft, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our community. Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients.
Administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19, influenza, and TB, and provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.
Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services, assess patients during intake, take vital signs, and perform diagnostic tests such as EKG and Retinopathy screening.
Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience, and help meet our mission to help people on their path to better health by providing excellent patient-focused connections and activities.

Requirements:

Minimum of one year related work experience in a healthcare setting.
Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record.
Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws, and perform Point of Care Testing.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
Pass the FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred. If not experienced, must successfully complete internal phlebotomy training.
Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.

Licensure/Certifications:

The LPN/LVN must have a full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.
