Job Description:

Tidal Jets Inc. is a leading provider of luxury travel solutions for high-net-worth individuals and corporations. We are seeking an experienced Executive Office Coordinator to support our CEO in managing the company's day-to-day operations and driving growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities will include:
  1. Managing the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Coordinating company events, such as our annual gala.
  3. Preparing and reviewing important documents, presentations, reports, and proposals.
  4. Aarranging domestic and international travel for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and visas.
  5. Oversight of the daily operations of the CEO's office, including maintaining supplies and coordinating with IT and facilities.
  6. Undertaking special projects as assigned by the CEO, such as conducting research and preparing business analysis reports.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, supporting C-level executives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
