Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the company office, including material procurement, facility maintenance, and environmental sanitation.
  • Oversee the company's office expenses, including purchasing, payment, installation, maintenance, and updates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Collect and review job applications and resumes, and forward them to the appropriate department.
  • Provide technical assistance and advice on Human Resource principles, practices, and procedures to team members, supervisors, and management executives.
  • Monitor departmental compliance with annual performance reviews and performance appraisal programs.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or above in Human Resources or related field/equivalent related experience.
  • Two years of related purchasing experience or training (preferred).
  • Efficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and comfortable working with teams in different time zones.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: verbal, written, face-to-face, and over the phone with partners and co-workers.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin for speaking and writing.
