Office Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Family Career and Community Leaders of America Inc. This is a full-time exempt position that requires the ability to work both in-person and remotely, with some travel requirements.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' experience in all facets of administrative support, with excellent technical skills and a strong attention to detail.
About the RoleThis role will involve providing administrative support to our Chief of Staff, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document editing. You will also be responsible for answering phones, responding to emails, and performing various administrative duties as needed.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the Chief of Staff with day-to-day administrative tasks, including calendar management and meeting coordination;
- Manage expenses, invoices, and other financial documents;
- Assist with special projects and events, as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' experience in administrative support;
- Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
