- Manage incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
- Process room reservations and updates, maintaining accurate records in our Property Management System.
- Stay informed about hotel services, local attractions, and market trends to provide informed recommendations to guests.
- At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or retail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Opera are a plus.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious hotel group and contribute to the success of our front office team. We require open availability for days and evenings, with flexibility to accommodate part-time schedules.
