Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Sevita Neuro Restorative. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to address patients' needs and promote optimal health outcomes
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Monitor patients' progress, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns in a timely manner
Requirements
- Accredited RN degree
- Current state RN license
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
