About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Verbal Behavior Associates. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and schools in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete weekly supervision hours for clients on your caseload
  • Maintain responsibility for broad objectives, short-term objectives, graphs, and instructional decisions related to each client on your caseload
  • Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Clinical Supervisors working with your clients under the direction of Clinical Leadership
  • Maintain client program books, records, session notes, and graphs; produce and submit annual progress reports for each client
  • Prepare and organize client materials, attend bi-weekly company meetings, schedule meetings, etc. as needed
  • Follow research guidelines and data collection procedures as determined by Clinical Leadership
  • Complete trainings, reading, and assignments as assigned by Clinical Leadership

Requirements
  • Valid BCBA certification and eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination, TB test, and Live Scan background check
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and good driving record
