About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinical team at Trumpet Behavioral Health. As a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our families and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to diverse individuals.

About You

We are looking for a California state certified BCBA with at least two years of experience in the field. You should be passionate about meeting new families and helping them navigate their ABA journey. You should also enjoy collaborating with clinical and non-clinical team members, and be skilled at training and mentoring others.
