About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Prompt Recruiting. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of 6-8 children in a home-based setting, managing and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducting assessments, and supervising treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Supervise and train RBTs to ensure high-quality services are provided.
  • Provide parent coaching and support to help families achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
  • Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
