Behavior Therapist

Behavior Frontiers is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

About the Role
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in various settings, including in-home, school, center, or community-based environments.
  • Teach individuals with autism to communicate effectively, develop social skills, and function independently.
  • Collect and analyze data to demonstrate client progress and inform treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), families, and other support staff to report client progress and receive feedback.

Requirements
  • Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities succeed.
  • Some college credits required or currently enrolled students.
  • Experience or exposure to children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to provide negative TB test results, pass FBI & DOJ fingerprinting, and obtain immunizations.
  • Ability to frequently bend, lift (up to 30lbs), squat, sit, stand, and/or run (with or without reasonable accommodations).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT), Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT), Mental Health Technician, or Senior Behavior Therapist.
  • Spanish-speaking.
