Job Summary

Golden Gate Regional Center is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to lead our program development and quality assurance efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing consultation on behavioral interventions, overseeing specialty group homes, and developing trainings and workshops for staff and providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Develop, implement, and monitor behavioral intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assurance assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs for staff and providers on behavioral analysis and intervention techniques.
  • Consultation and Collaboration: Provide consultation and support to clinical staff, social workers, and other stakeholders on behavioral interventions and program development.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Certification: Board Certification in Behavioral Analysis or the ability to become Board Certified as a Behavior Analyst.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in providing behavioral management services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of behavioral analysis and intervention techniques, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
