Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight, program management, and parent training to assigned caseloads. You will also serve as a direct supervisor for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and conduct initial and ongoing assessments of clients to produce treatment plan reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight and program management to assigned caseloads
  • Serve as direct supervisor for RBTs, providing clinical, administrative, and overall support
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of clients and produce treatment plan reports per funder guidelines
  • Collaborate with the Client Services Team to provide clinical recommendations and solutions
  • Maintain CEUs necessary to supervise RBTs and grow expertise in job-related tasks
  • Meet productivity requirements through forecasting and reviewing actuals
  • Maintain accurate documentation of billable tasks and meet regulatory agency and funding source requirements
Requirements
  • BCBA certification (BCBA-D also considered) and program management experience required at time of hire
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience using ABA intervention techniques, including discrete trials, verbal behavior, play, natural environment teaching, and incidental teaching
  • Familiarity with early childhood development and ABA techniques designed for EI populations, including Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to respond to urgent needs
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and valid automobile insurance
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Ability to interpret and implement policies, procedures, and regulations of Opya
  • Ability to mentor and support others to learn new skills
  • Knowledgeable and skilled in the use of general office equipment and systems

Physical Requirements
