We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor - Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at The Stepping Stones Group. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of ABA Behavior Technicians and providing clinical direction, training, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral services to children with autism spectrum disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Create and implement ABA programs tailored to the unique needs of children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders.
- Conduct parent/caregiver education and functional behavior assessments to inform treatment planning.
- Employ evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions to promote positive behavioral change.
- Collect and analyze behavioral data, complete progress notes, and manage caseloads to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
- Deliver direct intervention services in home, school, and community settings to support children and families.
- Provide clinical supervision, training, and support to ABA Behavior Technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively supervise and support a team of ABA Behavior Technicians.
- Experience in supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
- Commitment to cultural competency and diversity, equity, and inclusion in a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
