About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Behavior Therapist. As a Behavior Therapist at Behavior Frontiers, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to individuals with autism and other special needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings, including in-home, school, center, or community
  • Teach individuals with autism to communicate, interact, and function independently
  • Collect and analyze data to demonstrate client progress and inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), clients' families, and other technicians to report client progress and receive feedback

Requirements
  • Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities succeed
  • Some college credits required or currently enrolled students
  • Experience or exposure to children or individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Ability to provide negative TB test results and pass FBI & DOJ fingerprinting, health screenings, and provide/obtain immunizations
  • Ability to frequently bend, lift (up to 30lbs), squat, sit, stand, and/or run (with or without reasonable accommodations)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT), Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT), Mental Health Technician, or Senior Behavior Therapist (2 years' experience in ABA)
  • Spanish-speaking
