About the Role

As a Front Office Supervisor at Mammoth Mountain, you will be responsible for leading a team of Front Office Representatives and assisting the Management Team in establishing and implementing training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train Front Office Representatives to ensure exceptional guest service.
  • Collaborate with the Management Team to develop and implement training programs.
  • Represent the management team in resolving guest issues and concerns.
  • Perform managerial duties during periods of absence or leave.
Requirements
  • High school graduate with two or more years of experience in hotel front desk operations, including night audit.
  • Proven experience in a major full-service resort hotel.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software.
  • At least six months of training and supervisory experience.
