Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Pinnacle Recruitment Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors and employees
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and record-keeping
  • Support administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Collaborate with the Director of Administration to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Competitive hourly rate: $18-$20/hour
  • Flexible scheduling options: 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm
